W. B. SIMS After a residence in Payette of over twenty years, Dr. W. B. Sims passed away at his home in this city on August 23, following a lingering illness. Funeral service was held last Sunday afternoon at the local Methodist church with Rev. E. R. Kaemmer officiating. Interment was made in Riverside cemetery with the Peterson-Foster Funeral home in charge of arrangements. Graveside services were under the direction of the Knights of Pythias lodge. Dr. Sims was born at Circleville, Ohio, on June 12, 1865 and had been a practicing chiropractor for over thirty-five years. Deceased is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Nina Huggins, of Los Angeles, California and two grandsons, George Huggins of Fargo, North Dakota and Frank Huggins, of Los Angeles and several other near relatives. He became a member of the Knights of Pythias lodge at Goodland, Kansas, nearly forty-five years ago and transferred his membership to the local lodge in 1921.
