William Smith passed away at his home in Washoe on Tuesday, March 19.  
Services are to be held today at 11:00 at the Peterson-Foster funeral home by 
Rev. J. Glover.  He was a member of the Presbyterian church.  On August 4, 
1924 he was united in marriage to Ethel Lucas who survives him.  He was born 
in Clay Center, Kansas on May 28, 1877.  He is also survived by his mother who 
is 82 and resides in Seattle, Wash.
 
He came to Idaho in 1917 to make his home.  His life was spent in farming.
