Pearl Stanton PAYETTE - L. Pearl Stanton, 93, Payette, a former homemaker, died Monday at a Payette nursing home. Services were conducted today in the First Baptist Church, Payette, with Rev. Harvey Booth. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery under the direction of the Shaffer-Jensen Chapel. She was born June 25, 1889, in Laramie County, Wyo., the daughter of Frank and Pauline Muzzy. She was reared and educated in Wyoming and graduated from normal school at Mankato, Minn. She moved to Payette in 1910. She married Frederick Stanton on June 10, 1914 at Payette where they made their home. He died in 1946. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Payette. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Glenn Muzzy of Emmett, Ida. and Violet Judd of Boise. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
