Fruitland Man Dies In Medford, Ore. Sun.

Carl Leslie Stegner, 55, of Klamath Falls, a former Fruitland resident, died 
Sunday at Medford, Ore.

Mr. Stegner was born at Fruitland, Sept. 17, 1904, and lived there until 1935.  
He was a veteran of World War 11.

Mr. Stegner is survived by two sons, Norman and Jimmie Stegner, both living in 
Oregon; one brother, LeRoy Stegner of Fossil, Ore.; one sister, Mrs. Opal 
McBride of Oregon Slope, and five grandchildren.  

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday morning, and interment will be at Riverside 
in Payette.
