FRUITLAND - Eleanora Agnes Stroud, 66, of Fruitland, died Monday at home. 
Services were conducted Wednesday at the New Plymouth Shaffer-Jensen Chapel by 
Rev. Hardy Thompson of the Fruitland United Methodist Church. Interment 
followed in Parkview Cemetery in New Plymouth.

She was born May 19, 1913, in Seattle, where she was reared and educated. She 
married Jerry Stroud April 27, 1940, in Seattle. In 1943, they moved to 
Morton, Wash., where they lived for 17 years. They moved to Fruitland in 1964. 
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, in Fruitland, the 
Rebekahs and the Grange.

She is survived by her husband, of Fruitland, a niece and a nephew. She was 
preceded in death by a half brother and a half sister.
