'Twenty' Torbert II Memorial services for George H. "Twenty" Torbert II, 78, Payette, formerly of Bridgeville, Del., who died Oct. 11, 1985, in his home, will be conducted in Bridgeville, Delaware, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Bridgeville. Local arrangements are under direction of Summers Funeral Chapel, Boise. Mr. Torbert, a retired electrical contractor, was born Feb. 24, 1907, at Port Norfolk, Va., a son of Joseph T. and Julia A. Torbert. He was reared and educated in Laurel, Del. He was a past member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Bridgeville; and a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Payette. Survivors include a son, George H. Torbert III of Bridgeville; a daughter, Sylva T. McCain of Payette; two brothers, Joseph T. Torbert of Pittsboro, N.C., and H. Ray Torbert of Norfolk, Va.; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. His wife, Jeanette; a brother, James; and a sister, Bessie Parsons, all died earlier.
