PAYETTE - Henry Berten Townley, 75, of Payette, died Sunday in a Payette 
nursing home.  Private family services will be conducted Thursday under the 
direction of Shaffer-Jensen Chapel in Payette.
 
He was born Jan. 1, 1905 in Henrietta, Okla. where he lived and was educated.  
He had lived in the Phoenix, Ariz. area and the Payette County area most of 
his life.
 
He is survived by a son, Joe, and two daughters, Violet Marie Hodo and Estile  
Bevers, all of Phoenix; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
