Services Pending For Mrs. Edna Van Auken
 
Services are pending at Shaffer Memory Chapel for Mrs. Blanche Van Auken, 64, 
of Payette, who died Tuesday in Ogallala, Nebr., as a result of injuries 
received in an automobile accident.
 
Mrs. Van Auken was born Sept. 30, 1894, and was married July 16, 1919 at 
Wheatland, Wyo.  She and her husband came from Wheatland in Payette in 1936, 
and had lived there since that time.
 
Besides her husband she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Ruth James of 
Huntington, Oregon, Mrs. Erma Fletcher and Mrs. Margaret Dallman, both of 
Indianapolis, Ind., and Mrs. Blanche Fisher of Boring, Ore.; three sons, 
Eugene of Boise, John of Weiser, and Robert of Huntington; 24 grandchildren; a 
sister Mrs. Mae Klaseen, and her mother, Mrs. Patience Bruner, both of 
Wheatland, Wyoming.
