Glen John Vance

Services for Glen John Vance, 78, who died Friday in an Ontario hospital were 
conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Payette Chapel of the Roses by the Rev. 
Edward V. Hargreaves of the Methodist Church. Interment was at Rosedale 
Memorial Gardens in Payette.

He was born May 26, 1891, in Baraboo, Wis. He had lived in Payette for eight 
years after moving from Vale where he lived for 22 years. He married Mildred 
Hurd on Nov. 17, 1915, in Bowbells, N.D. They were members of the Methodist 
church in South Dakota.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred, Payette; a son, LeRoy Vance, Vale, two 
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
