Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Payette. Family and friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, March 22, 2005, at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Darren was born June 7, 1967, in Ontario to Jim and Mary Van De Bogart. He attended Payette schools and graduated from Payette High School in 1985. He worked as a tree trimmer in Idaho for nine years, for Payette County Noxious Weeds for six years and the last two years at Shoreline Pest Control. Darren was also the owner/operator of West Pro. He was an avid sportsman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, Texas Holdem and loved his family and friends. Darren was easy going and life was good. Darren is survived by his wife, Tracy Van De Bogart, Payette; four children, Holly Van De Bogart, Maysville, N.C., Diedre Schmelzer, New Plymouth, Jason Nelson, Boise, and Nikolas Van De Bogart, Payette; his parents, Jim and Mary Van De Bogart, Payette; his brother, Danny (Debrah) Van De Bogart, Payette; his father-in-law, Don Dahl, Sequim, Wash.; his mother-in-law, Gail Dahl, Pahrump, Nev.; two brother-in-laws, Tim Dahl, Pahrump, Nev. and Todd Dahl of Washington.
