Rudolph P. Wackerhagen, died at his residence in this city at a quarter past 
five o'clock Wednesday morning, Oct., 5th, after an illness of nearly two 
months. Deceased was in his 51st year. Funeral services will be conducted at 
the home of the deceased by Rev. B. F. Clay, of the Christian church, this 
(Thurdsay) morning at 10 o'clock, after which the interment will take place in 
Riverside Cemetery.

Deceased leaves a wife and two small children. He had been engaged in business 
at this place for about seven years, having come to Payette from Lincoln, 
Neb., where for a long time he had occupied a responsible position in one of 
the leading banks.
