Isaac A. Whiteley Dies Friday At 85
 
Services for Isaac Andrew Whiteley, 85, of Payette, were held Monday at 2 p. 
m. at the Shaffer Memory Chapel.  The Rev. Martin Torrence officiated and 
interment was held at Riverside.  Mr. Whiteley died late Friday at his home 
near Payette.
 
Mr. Whiteley was born Jan. 2, 1874 at Little Rock, Ark.  He was married to 
Maudest Overland on August 20, 1900 at Lewiston, Idaho.  The couple celebrated 
their 58th wedding anniversary last August.  The couple came to Payette from 
Council in 1920.
 
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Ike of Salem, Ore., 
Kenneth of Marietta, Ohio, and Harold of Portland, Ore.; seven grandchildren 
and nine great grandchildren.
