Services Conducted In Ontario For Jacob H. Yoachum
 
Services were held Monday for Jacob Hart Yoachum, 93, Payette, who died Friday 
night in the Payette Memorial hospital, Rev. A. L. Turner officiated and 
interment was in the Evergreen cemetery, Ontario.
 
Mr. Yoachum was born June 16, 1859 in Boone County, Iowa.  He lived in Ontario 
from 1901 until 1924 when he came to Payette.  He was a retired farmer.  His 
wife, Jane Yoachum, died in January, 1949.
 
He was a charter member of the Ontario Church of the Nazarene.
 
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mary M. Johnson, Ontario, Mrs. Hattie L. 
Doane, Anaheim, Cal., and Mrs. Miss Vern M. Yoachum and Mrs. Ivel M. Griffin, 
both of New Plymouth; one son, Augustine Yoachum of Myrtle Creek, Ore.; one 
brother, W. Clyde Yoachum of Weiser; and 13 grand-children and 29 great 
grandchildren.
