Kathryn D. Yost
 
Kathryn D. Yost, 80, Boise, formerly of Payette, died Aug. 16, 1991, in a 
Boise care center.
 
Services were 10 a.m. Aug. 20 at the Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette.  
The Rev. Earl Traughber of the Church of the Brethren, Fruitland will 
officiate.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Payette.
 
She was born March 4, 1991, at Payette, a daughter of Nicholas and Maude 
Manser.  She grew up and attended schools in Payette.  She married Frank M. 
Yost on May 31, 1931, at Canyon City, Ore.  They made their home in Payette, 
where she had resided until recently.
 
She was an active member of the Church of the Brethren, Fruitland and Rebekah 
Lodge, (unreadable) Chapter #22.  She was a past member and president of the 
Portia Club, and past day camp director for the Campfire Girls.
 
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Dean McKellip of 
Boise, a grandson, Randy McKellip of Boise, and several nieces and nephews.  
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters and a 
brother.
 
Memorial may be made to Mountain States Tumor Institute or a favorite charity, 
in care of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, P.O. Box 730, Payette 83661.
 
Friends may call today from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Shaffer-Jensen memory 
Chapel in Payette.
