The location of this photo is unknown, but it was taken in the 1940's.  The 
names on the back are as follows:

Ed Parsons, Gladys Welker, Bessie Parsons, Mr. Musgrove (Bessie's dad), Senator 
Herman Welker, Bing Crosby, Dot & Jack Hanigan.
