IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN 
AND FOR CANYON COUNTY.

Martha A Clark
Plaintiff
VS 
William H Clark 
Defendant

DECREE

This cause coming on to be heard this 13th day of December 1901, Upon Complaint 
filed herein as confessed by the defendant whose default for not answering or 
in any wise appearing herein has been duly entered and upon proofs taken 
herein, it appearing to the Court that all the material allegations of said 
Complaint are true and it further appearing to the Court that said defendant 
was duly served with summons and a Copy of Complaint herein and proded by law 
and all and singular the law and the premises being by the Court here 
understood and fully considered:

It is here, by the Court ordered, adjudged and decreed and this does order 
adjudge and decree, that the marriage between the said plaintiff Martha A Clark 
and the said William H Clark be dissolved and the same is hereby dissolved and 
the said parties are and each of them is fully and absolutely released from the 
bonds of Matrimony and all the Obligations thereof, and that the Charge, 
control and custody of the Children of said marriage, to-wit: Mildred A Clark, 
Della L Clark J Chester Clark and Ethel Clark be, and the same are awarded to 
the plaintiff and it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said 
plaintiff do have and recover from said defendant the sum of Five Hundred 
Dollars with interest thereon at the rate of seven per cent annum from the date 
hereof untill paid, together with said plaintiff’s costs in this action 
amounting to the sum of $7.00
