IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN 
AND FOR CANYON COUNTY

Olive Detling
Plaintiff
vs
William Detling
Defendant

The defendant, having been duly served with process and having failed to plead 
and the time thereof having expired, the default of said defendant is hereby 
entered, and this cause coming on this day for trial and it appearing to the 
Court that hte allegations of plaintiff's complaint are true:

It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the bonds of matrimony 
heretofore existing between plaintiff Olive Detling and defendant William 
Detling be and they are hereby dissolved absolutely; and the custody of the 
minor child Marcella Detling is hereby awarded to plaintiff
