Margarethe Helen Sidoma Eiffe Plaintiff VS Carl Cesar Eiffe Defendent DECREE This cause came on regularly for Trial on the 17th day of December 1901, J H Richards, A O haga and Griffiths and Griffiths appearing as counsel for Plaintiff and James J Rogers apearing as counsel for defendant, a trial by jury having been expressly waived by the respective parties, the cause was tried before the Court without a Jury. Whereupon witneses upon the part of Plaintiff and defendant were duly sworn and examined documetag evidence introduced by respective parties and the evidence being closed, the cause was submitted to the Court for its consideration and decision and after due deliberation, findings of fact having been duly waived by the counsel for the respective counsel thereto, the Court Orders that Judgment and Decree be entered therein upon the Evidence and the Answer of the defendant in favor of the defendant and against the Plaintiff in accordance therewith Wherefore, by reason of the Law and the evidence, it is Ordered, Adjudged and decreed and this does order Adjudge and decree, that a decree of Divorce be denied the plaintiff and that plaintiff action be dismissed and that defendant pay the costs of this action and that defendant pay to Plaintiff the sum of One hundred and fifty Dollars as Attorneys fees, and that Plaintiff have Judgment against the Defendant for the sum of One Hundred fifty Dollars, Attony’s fees and the sum of Seventy Eight 30/100 dollars costs. Aggregating the sum of Two hundred twenty-eight 30/100 dollars.
