Emma Mackey Plaintiff vs William H. Mackey Defendant This cause having been brought on to be heard this 12 day of December, 1895, upon the complaint of the plaintiff above named, taken as confessed by the defendant William H Mackey, whose default for not answering therein has been duly entered and upon the proofs and depositions taken in said actions; from which it appears that all the material allegations of the complaint are sustained by the testimony free from all legal exceptions as to its competency, admissibility, and sufficiency, and that said matters so alleged and proved in behalf of the plaintiff are sufficient in law to entitle the plaintiff to the relief prayed for in her Complaint; that plaintiff was a resident of this State, and had been for more that six months before commencing this suit and that the defendant was a non-resident of the State, and that the defendant has abandoned and failed and neglected to provide for the support of the plaintiff for more than two years last past. Now, on motion of Geo. H Stuart, Attorney for Plaintiff, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court, by virtue of the power and authority therein vested and in pursuance of the Statute in such cases made and provided, does order, adjudged and decree that the marriage between the said Emma Mackey, plaintiff, and the said William H Mackey, defendant, be dissolved, and that the same is hereby dissolved accordingly; and the said parties are and each of them is freed and absolutely released from the bonds of matrimony and all obligations thereof.
