IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO IN 
AND FOR THE COUNTY OF CANYON

John Orchard
	Plaintiff,
Vs					Decree of Divorce

Viola Orchard	
	Defendant

This cause having been regularly tried and he (the) findings of fact and 
conclusions of law having been duly entered herein, and the decision of the 
Court rendered as appears from the records of said cause; Now pursuant to the 
findings of fact and conclusions of law herein, the Court being fully advised 
in the premises,

IT IS ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the bonds of matrimony heretofore 
existing between the plaintiff, John Orchard and the defendant, Viola Orchard 
be, and the same are, hereby dissolved absolutely and the said plaintiff and 
defendant are released from the obligations thereof.
