IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO IN 
AND FOR THE COUNTY OF CANYON.

Mary A. Wertman
Plaintiff,
Vs					DECREE
Daniel Wertman
Defendant

It appearing to the Court that defendant Daniel Wertman was duly served with 
summons herein and that he has failed to appear and answer within the time 
allowed by law and his default has been entered and the cause coming on to be 
heard this 6th day of September 1913, on the evidence upon the part of the 
plaintiff, and the matter having been submitted to judgment and the court 
having considered all the evidence from which it appears that all the material 
allegations of the complaint are true, and such is found to be the fact and all 
and singular the law and the premises, being by the court understood and 
considered,

Wherefore, it is hereby Ordered Adjudged and Decreed, that the marriage between 
the plaintiff Mary A Wertman and Daniel Wertman the defendant be dissolved and 
the same is hereby dissolved upon the grounds of habitual intemperance, and non 
support; and the said parties are after the entry of this decree each restored 
to the status of single persons.

Done in chambers this 6th day of September 1913
