Bowles-Davis
 
Mr. G. E. Bowles and Miss Iola Davis were married Saturday evening at the 
Christian parsonage in Caldwell the Christian minister officiating.  They were 
entertained at dinner at the D. P. Tupes home and later in the evening left 
for Boise, where they spent Sunday.
 
Mr. Bowles is baker at the Electic Bakery and Mrs. Bowles has been employed by 
the telephone company, where her pleasant manners have won her many friends 
who join the Independent in wishing them much happiness.

Note:  According to the Western States Marriage Index, G. E. Bowles married 
Zola Marguerite Davis on 11-22-1924, Caldwell. ch
