Ethe Durham and Bertram Howard stole a march on their friends and were quietly 
married last Sunday.  Mr. and Mrs. B. Moggridge were the only witnesses to the 
ceremony.  Mr. and Mrs. D. R. Durham entertained the bridal party Sunday 
evening.  Among the guests were, Mrs. Howard Brown, Mr. and Mrs. D. Jones and 
Mr. and Mrs. T. Moggridge.  Mr. and Mrs. B. Howard will live on their farm 
north of Payette.
 
Note:  According to Payette County Marriage Records, J. B. Howard married 
Ethie B. Durham on 11-10-1918, Payette. ch
