Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Stetler, Miss Pearl Davis, Mrs. Harry Lewis, Miss Dorothy 
Lewis, Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Dalzell, Mrs. Mamie Holbrook, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph 
Makinson, Mr. and Mrs. B. Whealdon, Ellis Hartley, Harold, Mary, and Howard 
Hartley, and Miss Anna Hansen, motored to Emmett Sunday and attended the 
wedding of Miss Florence Knight and Hurlan Sawyer, which took place Sunday 
afternoon at 2:30, in the M. E. church, Rev. H. F. Knight performed the 
ceremony.  The happy couple will make their home in Emmett, where they are both 
employed.  Florence’s many friends here extend heartiest congratulations and 
best wishes to her and her husband.  

(According to the Western States Marriage Index, Florence Knight and Herlan 
Sawyer were married Sept. 15, 1929 in Emmett, Gem county, Idaho.)
