Lee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Lee, of Eugene, Oregon, and Mr. Harold C. Newman, the popular secretary of the Y. M. C. A. in this city, were united in marriage at the home of the bride in Eugene, the Rev. Geo. H. Parkinson of that city, officiating. The bride was attractively gowned in a satin robe with an over-dress of handsome hand- embroidered chiffon and she carried a shower bouquet of roses. Only a limited number of friends and the near relatives were present. Mr. Newman came from Maine 3 1/2 years ago to Oregon, where he was engaged in the newspaper business, later being connected with the Y. M. C. A. work. The couple will be at home after September tenth and will reside on Center Avenue between 12th and 13th streets, Payette.
