B. Makinson and Arthur Byron Eldredge, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. George Eldredge, were married at the Methodist parsonage Sunday evening at 6 o'clock by the pastor, Rev. Chas. McCoard. Miss Lola Eldredge was bridesmaid and Amos Gardner of Payette was best man. After the ceremony at the parsonage the young people drove to the house of the bride's parents where a delicious dinner was served. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Eldredge and family, Miss Alice Whealdon, Miss Lola Eldredge and Lance Gardner. The young couple began housekeeping of the J. W. McGee ranch where they moved Monday. Mrs. Eldredge was a member of the high school class of '17 and is very popular among her many friends. The groom is a very industrious young man. Both have the best wishes off the community. Monday evening the young people of the community gathered at the home of the young couple and a most enjoyable evening was spent. Mr. and Mrs. Eldredge served lovely refreshments of ice cream, cake and candy. Note: According to Payette County Marriage Records, Arthur B. Eldridge married Ethel M.
