Seeley of New Meadows. Rev. Charles McCoard, of the M. E. Church, Fruitland, officiated at the simple but very impressive and beautiful ring service. The bride and groom were attended by Mr. and Mrs. P. A. Martin DePeaulieu, of New Meadows. The bride was charming in her white voile dress, daintily finished in pink and white beading, and carried the usual bride's bouquet, which, when thrown, was caught by Miss Rose Curtis of Boise. As soon as congratulations were showered on the happy couple a delicious course breakfast was served by the bride's mother. The tables were beautifully decorated by mock orange blossoms and pink roses. The climax of the wedding breakfast was the cutting, by the bride herself, of the large and delicious bride's cake. The "special" friends were diligent in attaching the usual tokens to the auto in which, Dr. and Mrs. Seeley, midst a shower of rice, left soon after the breakfast, for their new home in New Meadows. Dr. Seeley has taken from us one of Fruitland's most charming young ladies and is to be congratulated because he has won so lovely a character for his helpmate. Her friends love her for what she represents as the best in life and many are they who wish them a happy wedded life. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Moyer, father of mother of the bride, Mrs. W. J. Selby and daughter, Miss Florence, and son, Wilbur, and Miss Rose Curtis of Boise, Supt. and Mrs. J. W. Goodwin and two sons of Emmett, and Mr. and Mrs. P. A. Martin DePeaulieu, and little son Joe of New Meadows, Mrs. Ruth Rodgers, A. F. Rodgers, Mr. and Mrs. Graham Park and Mr. and Mrs. William Hollenbeck. Note: According to Payette County Marriage Records, W. T. Seeley married Beulah Moyer on 6-2-1918, Fruitland. ch File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/id/payette/vitals/marriages/moyer245gmr.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/idfiles/ File size: 2.7 Kb
