McCRAW-RUSSELL
 
Mr. Dixie McCraw and Miss Esther Russell stole a march on their many friends 
when they motored to Weiser Saturday, where they were married at the Baptist 
parsonage by Rev. W. T. Turner.  They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. E. W. 
Equals, who have been friends of the groom's family since they came West 
eighteen years ago.
 
Miss Russell is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Russell and has been a 
resident of Fruitland for many years.  She was assistant in the assessors 
office of Payette county which position she resigned about two months ago to 
prepare for this happy event.  Mr. McCraw is a prosperous rancher of New 
Plymouth.
 
After a short honeymoon trip to coast points they will be at home to their 
friends on their ranch near New Plymouth.  They have a host of friends who 
will wish them a world of happiness in this new adventure.

Note:  According to the Western States Marriage Index, Dixie McCraw married 
Esther Russell on 11-24-1929, Weiser.  ch
