Weldon Young and Miss Merril Sterling rather put one over on their friends in Payette when they left Payette Saturday on the pretense of “a little hunting trip”, and instead went to Weiser, where they were united in marriage. Miss Merril is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Sterling of this city, and needless to say she is a very charming little lady. She is a graduate of the Payette high school and for some time past has been engaged in the Beauty Parlor business at Nyssa. Weldon, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. August Young, also of Payette is a keen young man, a graduate of the Ontario high school and a young man who attends strictly to business. He is engaged with his father in the Centeral Service station and is quite popular with all who patronize the place. The Enterprise extends congratulations and best wishes to these young people in their new relation.
