Rev. James K. Allen read the impressive double ring ceremony. The bride wore a pink suit with white accessories and a corsage of white rose buds and pink forget-me-nots. Miss Virginia Rich acted as maid of honor and wore a white suit with pink accessories and corsage of pink rose buds. Mr. Elmer Lockner was best man. Mrs. Don Ganoe, aunt of the bride sang, “I love you Truly,” accompanied by Mrs. Allen who also played the wedding march. The bride is a graduate of the Fruitland high school and received her business training in Detroit. The bridegroom is a Technicolor technician with M-G-M. Mr. and Mrs. Rackow left Saturday morning for Hollywood, where they will make their home. Wedding guests were Mr. and Mrs. Don Ganoe of Nampa, Mr. and Mrs. George Anderson of New Plymouth, Mr. and Mrs. M. Inloes of Ontario, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Rich, Mrs. Fred Davis, Robert Davis and Richard Birdsall. (Western States Marriage Index gives the wedding date of July 8, 1938.)
