Popular Fruitland Couple Married Last Week
 
A very pretty wedding took place Christmas eve at eight o'clock when Glenn M. 
Darnell and Miss Bertha Wells were united in marriage at the home of the 
bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Wells.  The ring service was used, Rev. 
Oliver Hower officiating.
 
The newlyweds will make their home in Parma, where Mr. Darnell has a position 
in the city schools.  Both bride and groom have a host of friends here who 
extend congratulations and best wishes.
 
Note:  According to the Western States Marriage Index, Bertha M. Wells married 
Glen Darnall on 12-24-1915, Payette.  ch

Additional Comments:
Note:  While the Marriage Index states 1915, the paper is 1-1-1915 so date 
should probably be 1914.  ch
