Harrington Deceased) Decree of Distribution The petition of Nana E. Harrington, administratrix, heretofore filed herein praying for the distribution of the residue of the estate of James W. Harrington, deceased, among the persons entitled thereto, coming on regularly to be heard and for hearing, all of the heirs at law having entered their appearance herein waiving the notice and asking that the court hear the report of said administratrix with notice, but the court having ordered notice to be given and Clerk having given notice of said hearing according to law, and the Court further finds that all claims against the said estate are fully paid; That the final account of the said administratrix has been duly made and has been confirmed by this court and that all taxes due from said estate have been paid, including all inheritance taxes. * the court finds that notice of hearing has been duly given according to law That the whole of said residue is the separate property of said decedent. That the said deceased died intestate, and his only heirs are his widow, Nana E. Harrington, and one daughter Lucile Harrington, all of whom are ful age and residents of Canyon County, Idaho, who as such heirs are each entitled to one half of said residue, save and except the sum over paid by said administratrix amounting to $2263.71 which said sum be paid to said administratrix in equal sums by each of the said heirs, to wit: the sum of $1131.86 by the widow, and the sum of $1131.85 by Lucile Harrington. It is therefore Ordered Adjudged and Decreed that said residue of said estate be distributed subject to the payment of the amount found due said administratrix to said Nana E Harrington, and Lucile Harrington, share and share alike. The property constituting said residue and affected by this decree is described as follows; Ninety seven head of cattle; one cow; one old team of horses; *three horse colts two horses; one mare and colt; one span of mules; nineteen head of hogs; Farm implements, harness and vehicles; household furniture including piano; one note of Bessie and J M Moran, for $500.00 one note of Bessie and J M. Moran for the sum of $300.00 one note of H W Weider, dated Dec 19, 1911 due Dec 19, 1914. *one bay horse Also the following described real estate; The West half of the North west quarter of Section thirteen (13) and the East half of the North east quarter of Section (14) less the North east quarter of the North west quarter of the North west quarter of Section thirteen all in Township Eight (8) North of Range five (5) West of Boise Meridian.
