IN THE PROBATE COURT OF CANYON COUNTY STATE OF IDAHO

In the Matter of the Estate of)
Elizabeth Mellor, deceased)		Order Confirming sale of Real Estate.

Geo Rezac, the Administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Mellor, deceased having 
made to his court and filed herein a return of the sale of the real estate 
hereinafter described, duly verified by his affidavit, and the matter after due 
notice having been given as required by law, and the order of this court duly 
made and entered on the 12th day of November, 1912, coming on regularly to be 
heard 23rd day of November 1912, and upon proofs adduced it appearing to the 
satisfaction of this court, that in the manner prescribed by law, the said 
Administrator caused due and legal notice of sale of said real estate to be 
posted in three of the most public places in the county of Canyon and State of 
Idaho, in which the Payette Independent a newspaper printed and published in 
the said County, or two weeks successively next before the date on or which the 
sale was to be made, and in which said notice, the real estate to be sold was 
described with common certainty, and that D A Ham for the said sum of $1800.00 
for the said real estate and the said administrator on the 2nd day of November 
1912, accepted the said bid and sold the said real estate to the said D A Ham 
for the said sum of $1800.00
That said sale was regularly and fairly conducted, that $1800.00 the sum bid is 
not disproportionate to the value of the property sold; that a sum exceeding 
the said bit of at least ten per cent exclusive of the expense of a new sale, 
could not have been obtained.  

That the said real estate had been appraised within twelve months of the time 
of the said sale and that the said sum of $1800.00 offered by the said D A Ham 
is more than ninety per cent of the appraised value of said real estate. 

That the said administrator in all things proceeded and managed said sale as by 
the statute, in said case made and provided.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED That said sale of the said real 
estate hereinafter described, be and the same is here confirmed, approved and 
declared valid and the proper and legal conveyance of the said real estate is 
hereby directed to be executed to the said purchaser D A Ham by the said 
Administrator.

The said real estate is described as follows to wit:  Lot Seven (7) of Block 
fourteen (14) Gorries Addition to Payette, Idaho, as the same appears on the 
official plat thereof now of record in the Clerk’s office in the said County of 
Canyon State of Idaho.
