IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SAID COUNTY

In the matter of the Estate and Guardianship of William Tharp Ernest Tharp 
Grace Tharp and Sherman Tharp
Minors

Martha Clark is hereby appointed Guardian of the persons and Estates of William 
Tharp, Ernest Tharp Grace Tharp and Sherman Tharp Minors.  

Witness George Little Clerk of the Probate Court of Canyon County  Idaho with 
the seal of the Court affixed the 30 day of November 1898.

I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully perform according to Law, the duties 
of Guardian of the persons and estates of William Tharp, Ernest Tharp Grace
