In The Probate Court of the County of Canyon State of Idaho

In the Matter of the Estate of John S Thebbetts deceased------Decree of 
Distribution

The petition of Frank J Smith, the administrator with the will annexed to the 
estate of John S Tebbetts deceased hereto fore filed herein praying for the 
distribution of the estate of said deceased, in the hands of the administrator 
of said estate, among the persons entitled thereto coming on regularly for 
hearing and it appearing that due and legal notice of such hearing has been 
given as directed by the order of this Court hereto fore made and entered 
herein; that all claims against said estate are fully paid; that the final 
account of said administrator has been duly made and has been confirmed by this 
Court; that all taxes due from said estate have been paid.

That said deceased died in the County of Suffolk State of Massachusetts, on the 
nineteenth day of January 1901; that he left a last will and testament a copy 
of which duly certified has been filed in this Court; That by the terms of said 
will Ellen Serer Hale the mother of said deceased became his sole heirs and 
entitled to all the property belonging to said deceased at the time of his 
death. That the said Ellen Serer Hale resides in the County of Suffolk State of 
Massachusetts. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the said 
estate be distributed as follows, the entire estate to the said Ellen Serer 
Hale. That the property affected by this decree is described as follows: Blocks 
Two, Four, Five and Fifteen in Steunenberg and Hand’s addition to the City of 
Caldwell, according to the official plat of said City as platted and recorded 
in the office of the Recorder of Canyon County, which property is evidenced by 
a certificate of Sale of Real Estate on Foreclosure, issued to the said 
decedent by the sheriff of Canyon County It is further ordered that a certified 
copy of administrator, to the said Ellen Serer Hale to be presented to the said 
Sheriff of Canyon County for a deed to said property.
