John Luchinetti , Grantee. Witnesses - None Acknowledged April 11th , 1906 before Stanley P. Fairweather , County Recorder , Shoshone County , State of Idaho. ( Seal ) Whereas, George Miner, then Assessor and Ex-Officio Tax Collect- or of Said Shoshone County , did , on the 14th day of July , 1902 , make certificate No . 404 in duplicate , stating that the lands herein con - veyed were sold to Shoshone County for taxes ; and Whereas , the lands herinafter described were duly assessed for State and County purposes Royal J. Rutter for the year 1901 , the assessed valutation being $ 869.00 ; and Whereas , notice of the intention to sell said lands was made as required by law , which said notice designated the time and place of said sale , the said George Minor did , on the 14th day of July , 1902 , offer said premises for sale at public auction to pay said taxes , cost and charges and there being no bidder who was willing to take said land or lot and pay such taxes , costs and charges the said lands were sold and struck off to Shoshone County who paid the full amount of such taxes , cost and charges amounting to $ 40.00 and thereupon became the purchaser of said lands , which said sale was made subject to redemption in such cases made and provided ; and Whereas , Shoshone County has duly assigned and sold the said Tax Sale certificate No . 404 and all its rights thereunder to said party of the second part ; and Whereas , no person has redeemed the property so sold during the time allowed by law for redemption , and it appearing that John Luch- inetti was , on the 14th day of July , 1905 , entitled to a deed for said premises so sold as above set forth. Does by these presents grant , bargain , sell , convey , and confirm unto the said party of the second part , and to his heirs and assigns forever , all the estate , right , title , possession and claim , as well in law as in equity of the said Royal J.
