He had been living in that area since retiring in 1971. Jemison was born at Butte, Mont., was raised in the Burke area and graduated from Kellogg High School with the class of 1931. He was employed by The Bunker Hill Co. for many years underground. Survivors are his wife, Ruby; one son, Charles E. Jemison, Colville, Wash.; one daughter, Mrs. Karen Johnson, Coeur d'Alene; two sisters, Mrs. Zella Readman, Pacific, Calif., and Mrs. Helen Bestrom, Colville, Wash., and four grandchildren.
