The name "Edith Faulk" is the only mark on the stone besides CM, which we believe are the initials of the mortuary. Additional Comments: Edith was born 14 Nov 1913 in Dudley, Kootenai, Idaho and died 4 Apr 1928 in Nampa, Canyon, Idaho at the Idaho State School and Hospital. (The name of the facility at the time of Edith's admission was Crescent Hill Retreat (Idaho State Sanitarium). We believe that Edith was a Down's Syndrome child. Edith was the second child born to Milo and Idaho Faulk.
