DEATH CLAIMS AREA PIONEER
 Mrs. Mae N. Drake, 72, pioneer resident of Twin Falls County, died at her 
home in Twin Falls, following a long illiness.
 Born Oct 12, 1880, at Alexandria, Nebr., she moved to Odell, Nebr., with her 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. P. Moseley, when she was 3. She attended Odell 
schools and in 1901 married Fred E. Drake.
 They came to Twin Falls county in 1906. Mr. Drake died in 1941. He owned the 
Drake funeral home until his death.
 Mrs. Drake was a member of Eastern Star and the Methodist Church.
 She is survived by two sons, Dr. Raleigh Drake, Kent O. and Fred Drake, Twin 
Falls; a daughter, Mrs. Francis Miller, Boise; her mother, Mrs. F. P. Moseley, 
Filer; two sisters, Mrs. T. L. Cartney, Twin Falls, and Mrs. Ida Feese, 
Wymore, Nebraska; three brothers, Paul Mosely, Twin Falls, Max Mosely, San 
Francisco, and Ross Moseley, Contact Nevada, and nine grandchildren.
 Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Twin Falls mortuary 
chapel with the Rev. Walter McArthur officiating. Burial will will be made in 
the Filer 100F cemetery.
