He farmed near Clover from 1915 to 1932, when he retired and moved to California. Lierman was born June 3 1871 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He married Anna Wilkining in Deshler, Nebraska in 1897, she died in 1923. They had come from Deshler to Clover. He was a member of St.John's Lutheran church at Orange. Survivors are nine sons and daughters, Mrs. August Werner and Carl Lierman, both Orange; Gertrude Lierman and Mrs. Robert Mitchell, both Santa Anna,California; Melvin Lierman, Oakland, California, and H.J. Lierman, and Walter Lierman, both of Twin Falls; and two brothers,Emil Lierman, Clover, and John Lierman, of Nebraska. RITES IN CLOVER Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Wendsday afternoon, March 16, at the Trinity Lutheran church in Clover, with the Rev. W. F. Dannenfeldt officiating. Mrs. Norbert Lassen sang "The Lord Is My Shepard". She was accompanied by Martin Juergensen at the organ, who also accompanied the congregation when they sang two hymns. He also played the prelude and postlude. Serving as pallbearers were Arthur Werner, Erhardt Lierman, Albert Lierman, Edgar Lierman, William Lierman and Milton Lierman. Interment was in the Clover cemetery under the direction of the Albertson Funeral Home.
