Members of the Methodist Episcopal church and school associates of Miss Hazel Mahaffey, Twin Falls instructor, with whom Mr. Mahaffey made his home, attended the services. Mrs. Dorothy Montooth sang two numbers, "Crossing the Bar," and "Abide with me," during the services, which were directed by Dr. Elijah Hull Longbrake, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church. Pall bearers included Dr. Orrin Fuller, T.M. Knight, Frank Beer, Fred Beer, F.A. Goodykoontz and Alva pickett. Surviving Mr. Mahaffey are three daughters, Miss Hazel Mahaffey,Twin Falls; Mrs. Grace Leonhard, DeKalb, Ill., and Mrs. Blanche Claxton, Long Beach, California, and one son, Granville Mahaffey, Anaheim, California.
