GIRL, 3, SUCCUMBS
  Katherine Moorhead, three year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Moorhead, 
died at 1 a.m. today at the family home one half mile north of the Maroa 
school. Her father is now in Neosha Falls, Kans., where he was called recently 
by the seriouse illiness of his mother.
  Word has been sent to him of the death of his daughter, and funeral 
arrangements are waiting his directions. The body now lies at the Drake 
mortuary.
  The family has lived near Filer for the past 25 years. Surviving the infant 
girl are her parents; three brothers, Columbus, 11; Glenwood, 8; and John,eight 
months, and one sister, Lillian, 9.
