EMRETT E. PATTERSON
TWIN FALLS-EMRETT Edith (Dee Dee) Patterson, 81, of Twin Falls, died Wednesday 
Jan 24, 1990, at the Magic Valley Regional Medical Center.
  She was born June 6, 1908, in Lacon, Ill., The daughter of Philip Newton and 
Estella Barnhart Koch. The family moved to Lamar, Mo., where she grew up. She 
married Joseph Albert Patterson on Aug 23, 1923, in Lamar and they moved to 
Twin Falls in 1929. Mr. Patterson died in 1970. She was a member of the 
Eastside Baptist Church.
  Surviving are four sons, Gene and Don Patterson, both of Twin Falls, Paul 
Patterson of Boise and Phil Patterson of San Jose, Calif.; four daughters, 
Darlene Lively and Betty Gay, both of Twin Falls, Hazel Friend of Santa Clara, 
Calif and Peach Bowman of Buhl; 39 grandchildren; 78 great-grandchildren; 10 
great-great-grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; 20 step-great-grandchildren. 
She was also preceded in death by one son, one sister, two great-grandsons and 
nine brothers.
  The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at White Mortuary in Twin Falls, 
Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may call from 4 to 8 
p.m. today and Friday at White Mortuary. The family suggests memorial 
contributions may be made to the MVRMC Cancer Treatment Center. Contributions 
may be left at White Mortuary.
