Twin Falls Daily News  Oct 19 1932
 On grounds of alleged misconduct constituting cruelty, Albert McCrudy started 
suit in the district court here yesterday from Alice McCurdy, whom he married 
in Twin Falls in August 1927. They have not lived together since August, 1928, 
the complaint recites, J. W. Porter and O. W. Witham are McCurdy's attorneys 
in this action.
