Man Seeks Divorce, Custody Of Child-
 Alleging cruelty and misconduct during the past year, Garland R. Muse of 
Hansen started suit in the district court here yesterday for divorce from Mrs. 
Theda Bara Muse, and for custody of their three-year- old daughter. The 
marriage  took place in Twin Falls January 10, 1932, Chapman and Chapman of 
Twin Falls are the petitioner's attorneys.
