Published August 22, 1997 Mary Esther Anderson Adair, of Richland, Wash., passed away Tues- day, Aug. 19, Richland hos- pital. u "'l have a Savior and His name is Jesus. I met Him when I was a young girl. I know where I'm going," Mary re- assured her family just before leaving her body Mary was born Nov. 17, 1917, at Gering, Neb. She graduated from Boise High School in 1936 and went on to finish business college in Boise. She married Kenneth E. Anderson on July 7, 1938. They moved to Sedalia, Mo., in 1947, where they made their home and raised their family. Mary worked as an office manager for the U.S. Agricultural Stabilization Con- servation Service. She was a warm. caring and generous woman who made friends easily. Following the death of her husband of 54 years, Mary moved to Richland, Wash., in 1992. She was an active member of the Richland Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, san in the Se- nior Adult Choir, and led a Bible study at Three Rivers Retirement Home. Survivors include her husband, Gene Adair of Richland; two sisters, Lillian Coleman of Tigard, Ore., and S ill Loomis of Donnell , Idaho; her aug ter an son-ln- aw, Kay and Glen Correll of Richland; her daugh- ter-in-law, Carolyn Anderson of Clark, Mo.; and six grandchildren, Katie Lambert of Seattle, Wash., Julie Cor- rellof Richland, and Kenneth, Russell, Carrie and Jonathan Anderson of Clark, Mo. She will also be greatly missed by many friends. She was preceded in death by her arents, Arthur and Amelia Sego of arber, Idaho; her husband, Kenneth E. Anderson of Sedalia, Mo.; her son, Kenneth James Anderson of Clark, Mo.;three brothers - an infant brother, Donald Sego, Clarence Sego of Grangeville, Idaho, and Frank Sego of Portland, Ore.; and two sisters, Emma Sorensen of Sheridan, Ore., and Sarah Rae of Barber, Idaho. Friends may visit today from 3 to 7 p.m. at Einan's Funeral Home in Rich- land. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at the Richland Baptist Church.
