ACCIDENT NEAR WEISER
 
Father and Son Seriously Injured by Kicking Horses
 
Weiser, Sept. 10 -- Yesterday a bad accident occurred a few miles above this 
place, and as a result Charles Lamporter and father are lying in Mrs. Wilson's 
hospital badly injured.  They were driving to town and for some reason the 
horse began kicking.  The young man received a broken jaw and the father a 
broken leg, both being struck by the animal's heels.  They are both members of 
the K. of P. lodge and the members here are taking care of them.
