Back from Weiser
 
Judge Stewart Partly Through the Term There
 
Judge Stewart is up from Weiser where a term of court is in progress.  He 
closed up all the routine business and adjourned until tomorrow, when the 
Harder murder trial will begin.
 
The Judge reports that section greatly excited over the prospect of the 
railroad to the Seven Devils being built.  Everybody is pleased and all are 
anticipating a busy and prosperous season.
