N. came down. It contained 21 cars of live-stock, lumber and ore. The Weiser drier opens the 23d for a 20-day run. Messrs. Hansen & Kindman have brought 9000 sheep in the John Day country, which they will winter here. The irrigation district organization has been delayed, as the preliminary papers were not correctly prepared. The work must be done over again.
