There are 51 cases on the docket. There is but one criminal case. The Mineral murder case has been set for the 13th. This is the case in which S. H. Tucker was shot by Matthews, from the effects of which he died about two weeks afterward at Boise. The members of the Methodist church are building a chapel on Third street, between Commercial and Eoff. It will be 20x34. Boise is well represented in Weiser today. A number of her prominent legal lights being here in attendance on court. Among the number are Judge George H. Steward, J. H. Richards, Thos. Cahalan, Alfred A. Fraser and Milton Cage. O. F. Buse, an attorney from Cambridge, is in the city attending district court. Judge W. M. Perrill of Council, is in the city attending court.
